When do you send a survey?
Basically, we will send a survey for each order a customer places in your store. If the user has unsubscribed or we have recently sent them surveys and we need to throttle, we won't send an email (and it won't count towards your number of surveys sent per month)
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, if it is the first time you install our app, you will enjoy a 14-day trial for free.
Do you offer a discount for a yearly subscription?
